Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. (Salary : RM 1,500 – 2,500)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general and administrative duties.
  • Organise and maintain proper office filing and record system.
  • Handle basic correspondences, documentation and follow-up functions.
  • Handle phone and email sales enquiries.
  • Assist to prepare and send RFQ, quotation, sales order and relevant documents to customer in accordance to the prices approved by the authorized personnel.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, to counter check artworks.
  • Assist in preparing related monthly report on procurement, turnover and sales activities as or when require.
  • Communicating with target customer and managing customer relationships.
  • Respond and solve on customer enquiries and complain.
  • To assist processing invoice, packing list and coordinate with forwarder for custom clearance issue and delivery arrangement to customer.
  • Any ad-hoc work given by superior.

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

  • Education: at least a STPM/Diploma/Bachelor any field. 
  • At least 1-2years of working experience in the related field is required for this positions. 
  • Strong working knowledge of office procedures and possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities
